All prices are in Euro € and you will be charged in Euro €. You also have the option of viewing prices in either USD $ or Sterling £. However this is for guidance only and is not necessarily the final price you will pay.
If paying by cheque you will receive an email confirmation confirming your order. You will also receive an email detailing payment instructions, following which, a cheque for the full amount must be posted to us before we can despatch your order.
Please make all cheques/bank drafts payable to Lingerie Ireland.
Out of Stock Items
We do have many items in stock but but due to the large number of colours and sizes of the products we sell we do occasionally run out. Should an item you order be temporarily out of stock we will email you to let you know. You have the option of either cancelling your order for a full refund, changing your order or holding your order open until we have the item in stock. Any items that are temporarily out of stock are usually restocked within 2 weeks. We will only ship complete orders, ie if you order one item which is in stock and another which is out of stock we will ship your entire order when the out of stock item becomes available.
Return Policy
Any item can be returned to us for any reason once returned within 7 days of receiving the order with all labelling and packaging still in tact, once the item hasn't been worn for any longer than is necessary to try it on. If you are returning the item because the wrong item was shipped or it was defective you can opt for an exchange item or a full refund. If items are being returned for any other reason and a refund is being sought we will give you a refund less a re-stocking fee which will be equal to 15% of the total order value. We would ask all customers who are unsure of sizing to contact us for sizing information before ordering.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned items which have been lost in the post and we would advise customers to take out insurance where appropriate. Please email us at returns@lingerie-ireland.com for any querys regarding returns.
